Chemical Constituents from Cremastra appendiculata

目的：研究杜鹃兰假鳞茎的化学成分。方法：利用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、反相制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果：从杜鹃兰假鳞茎的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为：shancigusinⅠ（Ⅰ）、4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl cinnamate（Ⅱ）、bulbocodin D（Ⅲ）、blestriarene A（Ⅳ）、7-羟基-2,4-二甲氧基菲（Ⅴ）、coelonin（Ⅵ）、militarine（Ⅶ）、天麻苷（Ⅷ）、3-羟基苯丙酸（Ⅸ）、肉桂酸（Ⅹ）。结论：其中,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective ： To study the chemical constituents of Cremastra appendiculata. Methods ： The compounds were isolated by re- peated column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS-HPLC. The structures were elucidated by analysis of spectro- scopic data（1H-NMR and 13 C-NMR）. Results：Ten compounds were isolated from the EtOAe extract in the tuber of Cremastra appendic- ulata. Their structures were identified as shancigusin Ⅰ （ Ⅰ ） ,4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl cinnamate（Ⅱ） ,bulbocodin D（ Ⅲ ） ,blestriarene A（ Ⅳ ） ,7-hydroxy-2,4-dimethoxy phenanthrene（ Ⅴ ）, coelonin （Ⅵ ）, militarine （ Ⅶ ）, gastrodine （ Ⅷ ）, 3-hydroxyphenylpropionie acid （Ⅸ） and cinnamic acid（ Ⅹ ）. Conclusion：Compounds Ⅰ - Ⅲ, Ⅸ and Ⅹ are isolated from Cremastra appendiculata for the first time.
