摘要
经调查鉴定魔芋白绢病由半知菌亚门齐整小核菌(Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.)引起;对从染病魔芋植株上分离纯化的病原真菌进行室内毒力测定筛选,试验表明,药剂浓度大于500 mg/L时,3%广枯灵AS和70%甲基硫菌灵WP的抑菌率均较高,均达到96%以上,建议作为魔芋白绢病的防治药剂。

The pathogenic fungi fled from the infected plant was tested and screened in laboratory. indicated that 3 % hymexazol-metalaxyl AS and 70 % thiophanate-methyl WP at 500 inhibition rate above 96 % showed good inhibitory effect on mycelial growth, so it ecommended as the control chemical for the Southern Blight ofA morphophallus rivieri.
