摘要
分析了一类变凸椭圆车床直线伺服系统的主要特点,提出了基于相位和幅值补偿前馈方法,基于连续系统分析了该方法原理的可行性;为适应量产控制系统的差异,采用了自寻优方案,提出了微分降阶方法,简化了参数辨识计算。设计了基于离散系统的CAR模型参数辨识算法,并进行了MATLAB仿真验证,之后在Dspace1104系统中进行了实验验证,获得了满意的效果。
This paper analyzes a kind of variable convex elliptic lathe linear servo system's main features, and puts forward a feedforward compensation method based on the phase and amplitude. The feasibility analysis has been performed based on continuous system. To make up the difference of mass production control system, self optimizing scheme is adopted. Differential reduction method is put forward to simplify the i- dentification calculation. The algorithm of the parameters identification is designed on CAR model. The scheme is tested by MATLAB simulation ,and the physical experiment is performed on Dspace1104 sys- tem. The control effect is satisfying.
