叉臂型铸铝壳体关重尺寸加工工艺研究

摘要 壳体大型叉臂型铸铝零件,其关重尺寸多、且全部分布在左右叉臂上,由于铸铝零件热变形较大切削性能差且叉臂型结构加工中易产生变形,使得壳体关重尺寸加工存在一定的困难。通过对壳体的结构特征及关重尺寸的分析,设计合理可行的加工工艺方案,采取一系列减小变形的措施,并通过生产试验获得关键尺寸满足要求的壳体零件。 Housing belongs to large wishbone - type aluminum parts. There are lots of crucial dimensions for the housing, and the dimensions are all located in the left and right wishbones. The cast aluminum parts are prone to large thermal deformation and hard for machining, and the wishbone - type structure is prone to deformation. As a result, there are some difficulties for machining the crucial dimension of the hous- ing. This paper analyzes the structural features and vital dimension of the housing, and designs the rea- sonable and feasible machining process plan. A series of measures to reduce the distortion are adopted, and the housing part to meet the critical dimensions requirements is obtained by production test.
