摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法同时测定解酒保肝颗粒中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素与五味子乙素含量。方法:采用Apollo-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm)柱,以甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温35℃,检测波长254 nm。结果:五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素分别在40分钟内达基线分离,线性关系良好(r≥0.999 7)。加样回收率分别为97.79%、98.53%和98.17%。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为解酒保肝颗粒的质量控制标准。
To establish a method for detection of schizandrol A, schizandrin A and schizandrin B inJieJiuBaoGangranules by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: Apollo-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5.0μm) column was applied by a gradient elution using acetonitrile-water, with flow rate at 1.0 mL per minute, co-umn temperature at 35℃and wavelength of 254 nm. Results: Baseline separation of schizandrol A, schizandrin A and schizandrin B achieved within 40 minutes, and the linear relations between them were excellent (r≥0.9997). The average recoveries were 97.79%, 98.53% and 98.17% respectively. Conclusion: The method, which is of accuracy, convenience, high sensitivity and repeatability, can be used as quality control standard for Jie Jiu BaoGan granules.
