小针刀配合五劳七损方治疗强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变30例

Small Needle-knife Therapy Combined with WuLao QiSun Prescription in Tmating Hip Joint Lesion of 41 Patients with Ankvlosing Spondylitis

目的:观察小针刀配合五劳七损方治疗强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例强直性脊柱髋关节病变患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,观察组给予小针刀配合五劳七损方治疗,对照组给予针刺配合五劳七损方治疗,记录治疗前及治疗后15天患者髋关节的VAS评分及Harris评分,并做统计分析。结果:愈显率观察组为73.3%,对照组为60.0%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VAS评分及Harris评分治疗后2组均明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀配合五劳七损方治疗强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变疗效优于针刺配合五劳七损方治疗者。

To observe clinical effect of small needle-knife andWuLaoQiSunprescription in the treatment of hip joint lesion of the patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： All 82 patients with hip joint lesion due to ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each. The condition of patients’hip joints was assessed by VAS and Harris score before treatment and in 15 days after treatment, with data being further analyzed statistically. Results： The effective rates of the observation and the control group were 73.3% and 60.0% respectively, the difference demonstrated statistical significance（P〈0.05）. VAS and Harris scores improved obviously in both groups after treatment （P〈0.05）, with greater improvement in the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of WuLaoQiSun prescription jointed with small needle-knife therapy is superior to WuLaoQiSun prescription combined with acupuncture in the treatment of hip joint lesion of the patients suffering from ankylosing spondylitis.
