摘要
目的:评价中医护理方法在促进糖尿病足溃疡治疗方面的护理效果。方法:选取糖尿病足溃疡患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组、对照组各40例(门诊、住院各20例)。观察组采用全身治疗、常规护理和中医护理,对照组采用全身治疗和常规护理。观察2组患者Wagner分级、生活质量、溃疡面积、疼痛程度。结果:观察组疼痛症状减轻、溃疡面积缩小均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组生理功能、心理维度较对照组改善显著(P<0.05)。结论:中医临床护理可以提高糖尿病足患者溃疡愈合率,迅速缓解疼痛症状,明显改善糖尿病患者的生活质量。
To evaluate clinical effect of TCM nursing in improving the treatment for diabetic foot ulcer. Methods： All 80 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each （20 outpatients, 20 inpatients） according to the random number table. The observation group took systematic treatment, routine nursing and TCM nursing; the control group only took systematic treatment and routine nursing. Wagner classification, quality of life, ulcer area and pain degree of two groups were observed. Results： The pain relief and reduce of ulcer area in the observation group were better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, the physiological function and psychological dimension in the observation group were improved obviously than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing can improve the healing rate of diabetic ulcer, relieve pain rapidly, and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic foot significantly.
