This paper summarized pharmacological action and mechanism in anti-inflammation, antiviral, regulating cardiovascular, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation and other functions of GanCao （glycyrrhiza） by analyzing the literature in recent years, in order to provide evidence for clinical applications.
