摘要
以丙烯酰胺单体水溶液为水相、环己烷为油相、Span80和Op-10为乳化剂,采用反相乳液聚合的方式,制备出了一种具有体积膨胀功能的调剖剂-聚合物微球。研究了油/水质量比、乳化剂用量、单体总浓度、交联剂用量、引发剂用量、引发温度等因素对聚合物微球有效含量的影响。结果表明,聚合物微球在模拟注入水中15天(60℃),膨胀15倍,在模拟地层水中15天(60℃),膨胀11倍。
A kind of polymer microspheres for profile control is prepared using acrylamide monomer solution as the aqueous phase, cyclohexane as the oil phase, Span80 and Op-10 as emulsifier and through the polymerization of inverse emulsion. The effeets of oilto-water mass ratio, the dosage of emulsifier, the total concentration of monomers, the dosage of crosslinker and initiator and initiating temperature on the content of polymer microspheres are studied, and it is shown that, at 60℃, the polymer microspheres can swell 15 times when they are immersed in simulated injection water for 15d, and they can swell 11 times when being immersed in simulated formation water for 15d.
