摘要
为了筛选出强致病力的绿僵菌资源,采用单因素试验测定了云南不同生境来源金龟子绿僵菌菌株对黑腹果蝇的致病力。结果表明:来源于不同生境的6株金龟子绿僵菌菌株对果蝇均有致病力,但其致病力大小具有较大差异,半数致死时间(LT50)为3~6d。其中,来源于香格里拉、兰坪和楚雄的菌株其致病力较强,尤以菌株MAX-2的致病力最强,其LT50为3d,具有较大的推广应用潜力。构建了以黑腹果蝇为靶标昆虫的强致病力金龟子绿僵菌资源筛选模式。
Pathogenicity of M.anisopliae strains from different habitats in Yunnan against Drosophila melanogaste was determined by single-factor test to screen M.anisopliae resources with a strong pathogenicity.The results showed that six M.anisopliae strains from different habitats all have the pathogenicity against D.melanogaste but there is obvious difference in pathogenicity among six M. anisopliae strains.The lethal time of 50% (LT50 )is 3~6 d.The pathogenicity of M.anisopliae strains from Shangrila,Lanping and Chuxiong is strong.MAX-2 strain with the strongest pathogenicity (LT50=3 d)is of greater popularization and application potential.The screening model of M.anisopliae resources with a strong pathogenicity against D.melanogaster is established successfully.
