Competitiveness and Suggestions of Characteristic Agriculture in Original Central Soviet Areas

为了对赣南等原中央苏区特色农业的发展提供参考,从要素禀赋优势、产量优势和品质优势方面分析赣南等原中央苏区特色农业的竞争力;剖析特色农业发展存在的问题包括生产基础薄弱、规模效应不足、精深加工滞后和科技含量低。提出政策建议:强化农业基础设施建设,改善特色农业生产环境;扶持龙头企业发展,带动特色优势产业一体化经营;加大农业科技支撑,提高特色农业科技含量;加强特色农产品品牌建设,提高农产品竞争力;建设特色农产品物流体系,提高优势农产品市场占有率。

In order to provide a reference for the development of characteristic agriculture in Original Central Soviet Areas,the authors analyzed the competitiveness from advantage of factor endowments, production advantage and quality advantage,and dissected the development issues,which included the weak of production foundation,the lack of scale effect,the lag of deep processing and the low of technical content.Suggestions：strengthening infrastructure construction of agriculture,supporting development of leading enterprises,driving integrative operation of characteristic advantageous industries;enlarging the support of agricultural science and technology,enhancing agricultural science and technology content in characteristic agriculture;strengthening characteristic agricultural products brand construction,enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural products;constructing logistics system of characteristic agricultural products and enhancing the market share of advantageous agricultural products.
