摘要
建筑工业化的重要组成部分就是建筑结构的工业化,目前,钢结构与建筑工业化结合还远不够,鉴于此,从钢结构基础工程到装饰装修工程,针对目前钢结构工程现状提出设计定型化和标准化、钢管柱和钢杆件的设计使用、液压爬模工艺和预制组合立管等十项建议;在同钢筋混凝土建设条件差距不大时,能优先选用钢结构;随着人工成本的增长及钢材资源的充足,再通过钢结构设计人员的不断优化和施工创新,钢结构的建筑工业化应用大有可为。
Building structure is an important part of building industrialization. At present, there is not enough combination between steel structure and building industrialization, so ten pieces of suggestion are proposed from fundamental project of steel structure, decoration and finishing projects, such as design stereotyping and standardization, design and utilization of steel tube column and steel pole members, hydraulic formwork climbing process and prefabricated composite upright tube, etc.; Where practical condition doesn't have obvious difference from the R'C concrete construction condition, steel structure may take precedence; construction industrialization of steel structure has a wide application outlook with the increase of labor cost, abundant resources of steel products, continuous improvement realized by steel structure designer, and construction innovation, etc.
