扬州瘦西湖超大直径双层盾构法隧道内部结构快速施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 为解决盾构隧道内部结构施工环境差,空间狭小,施工工期长制约盾构隧道快速施工的问题,扬州瘦西湖隧道内部结构采用下层预制上层现浇车道板的施工工法加快盾构隧道内部结构施工速度,通过对扬州瘦西湖超大直径双层盾构隧道内部结构快速施工技术进行分析,详细介绍了"下层预制箱涵π形件结构方案和上层立柱+纵梁+现浇混凝土车道板结构"的施工工法以及上层结构施工中用到的模板台车及其安装调试。该技术实现了节约投资造价,节省工期等社会经济效益,加快了施工进度,缩短施工工期,可为以后类似工程借鉴采用。 The internal structure of shield tunnel construction environment is poor, narrow space, long construction period, often become the bottleneck restricting the rapid construction of shield tunnel in order to solve this problem, the internal structure of the Slender West Lake tunnel lower upper cast precast panels lane construction method accelerate the internal structure of shield tunnel construction speed, the paper rapid construction technology Slender West Lake internal structure large diameter double shield tunnel were analyzed on the "lower precast culvert π-piece structure of the program and the upper stringer+situ concrete columns+lane board structure" and superstructure construction method used in the construction and installation template trolley etc. are described in detail.
