摘要
通过对隧道中裂隙岩体注浆加固机理、模型试验以及工程实践进行研究分析,确定了裂隙带和注浆孔存在相交与不相交两种位置关系,并得出注浆过程裂隙发生劈裂过程;通过建立物理模型、分析数据,建立不同水灰比条件下的注浆压力与扩散半径的关系,分析裂隙岩体注浆施工中合理的注浆压力区间;根据依塞维尔斯的平面流体理论,推导出裂隙岩体注浆的扩散半径,再根据工程中隧道围岩物理量参数,计算出扩散半径,指导注浆加固工程施工。
By analyzing the the reinforcement mechanism of fracture rock grouting in tunnel, model test and engineering practice, determine the two positional relation of intersection and disjoint in fissure zone and grouting hole, and the grouting holes are intersected with disjoint location between the two; and the grouting process fracture splitting process, analyze the reasonable grouting pressure interval in fissure rock mass grouting by establishing the physical model, analyzing the statistics, and establishing the relationship between grouting pressure and diffusion radius in different conditions.according to the planar fluid theory of Yisai Wells, we derive the diffusion radius in fractured rock grouting. Then according to physics parameters in the project of tunnel surrounding rock, we calculate the diffusion radius, deriving engineering construction of grouting reinforcement.
