摘要
为提高高层建筑施工模板周转率,促进绿色施工建设,设计了普通模板快速置换技术,该技术采用脚手钢管及扣件、螺旋调节组、型钢、组合钢模板等,构造简单,通用性强,通过设计快速置换工艺流程,周转料具可以实现快速置换,并可减少1/3的周转材料。
To increase the turnover rate of high-rise building construction formwork and improve green construction, fast displacement technique of common formwork is designed. This fast displacement technique uses scaffold steel tube and fastener, screw adjusting set, profile steel and combined steel formwork, etc., having simple construction and wide application scope. After design of fast displacement process, turnover material could be replaced fast and 1/3 turnover material could be saved.
