Discussion on the related problems of the hygiene administrative license

伴随行政审批制度改革的深入,减少和下放行政审批权限再次提上政府工作日程,笔者对设定卫生行政许可的相关问题进行了关注,并提出了有关完善措施。

With the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, reducing and streamlining administrative license items once again put on the government agenda. This paper analyzed the setting of hygiene administrative license, and put forward the relevant improving measures.
