Public Transport Fares and Ticketing System Planing Based on Integrated Management System

公交票务管理是城市公共交通管理的重要内容，票制票价是关系乘客出行和公交吸引力的主要因素，票款收入是公交企业可持续运营的基本条件，也是政府财政补贴的主要依据。公交票务管理规划作为城市公共交通规划的主要内容，本文提出公交票务管理规划包括票务管理体制、票制票价结构和票务服务设施规划。在总结国内外公共交通票制票价和管理经验的基础上，提出建立一体化的公交管理体制，其中设立独立的公交票务管理中心是关键、简述了公共交通定价的原则和方向、票种体系、换乘优惠、票价调整机构与流程以及票务服务设施等规划内容。

Public transport ticket management is an important part of urban public transportation management. Ticket fares are related to passengers and public transit attractive. Ticket income is the basic conditions for sustainable operation of public transport enterprises and also the main basis for government subsidies. Public transport ticket management planning is the main content of urban public transport planning. It is proposed that public transport ticketing management planning includes ticketing management system, ticket-fare structures and services. Summing up the public transport fares and management experience home and abroad, an integrated public transport system is proposed, in which setting up an independent public transport ticket management center is the key. It outlines the principles and directions of public transport pricing, ticket system, transfer preferences, fare structures and processes, and ticketing facilities planning.
