摘要 目的为中药材穿山甲正品及其混淆品提供科学可行的性状及显微鉴定方法。方法对不同来源穿山甲进行性状、显微观察,确定其典型的鉴别特征。结果中华穿山甲、马来穿山甲、树穿山甲、大穿山甲之间在鳞片厚度方面两两比较均出现及显著性差异;几种穿山甲背甲鳞片的性状有显著差异,马来穿山甲为商品主流。结论为穿山甲的生药鉴别提供了科学的理论依据。 Objective To provide scientific and feasible trait and microscopic identification for Manis spp. and their adulterants. Method Observing the macroscopical charters, testing the related data and carrying out data analysis, observing the shape, fracture surface and powder with general optical microscope and stereoscope, in order to find the typical and describable characters among different sources. Results There are obvious distinctions on the thickness of the scales and the trait identification, and in fact, Mannis jaranica has been the main commodity on the traditional Chinese medicine market. Conclusion To provide experimental evidence for the pharmacognosical identification of Manis Spp.
