摘要
目的建立测定表虚感冒颗粒中葛根素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Phenomenex LUNA-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(21:79)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min^-1,柱温30℃,检测波长250 nm。结果葛根素在0.012-0.230 mg·ml^-1浓度范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.52%。结论本方法简便,快速,准确,重复性好,可用于表虚感冒颗粒中葛根素的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Biaoxu Ganmao Granule. Methods The HPLC system consisted of the Phenomenex LUNA-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column, the mobile phase consisted ofMeOH-H2O(21 : 79), the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the UV detector was set at 250 nm. Results The linear response range was 0.012 - 0.230 mg · ml^-1 (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery of mangiferin was 99.1%, and RSD was 1.52%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of puerarin in Biaoxu Ganmao Granule.
