摘要
血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)作为一种微粒体酶,是催化血红素的降解成胆绿素、铁原子和一氧化碳(CO)反应的限速酶。既往研究表明HO-1及其代谢产物在抗炎、抗氧化、调节细胞凋亡等方面发挥着重要的生理作用。近年来,HO-1在肝脏疾病发病中的作用逐渐显现,且被认为在慢性肝病的治疗方面具有良好的应用前景。本文重点介绍HO-1在病毒性肝炎、肝纤维化、肝细胞癌以及肝脏缺血再灌注损伤发病中的作用研究进展。
Heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) is a microsomal enzyme and rate-limiting enzyme that catalyzes the degradation of heme into biliverdin,iron atoms and carbon monoxide(CO). It is reported that HO-1 and its breakdown products play vital physiological roles in anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation and regulation of apoptosis. Its roles in the pathogenesis of liver diseases in recent years have gradually be elucidated,and it is promising for an option in the treatment of chronic liver disease in the future. In this paper,we will review the research progress about HO-1 in the viral hepatitis,liver fibrosis,hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.
