六安市国家森林城市建设规划特色解析

Analysis of Planning Characteristic of National Forest City Construction in Lu' an

六安市资源优势、经济优势和区位优势明显,林业建设基础雄厚,具备创建国家森林城市的条件。文中在总结以往建设经验的基础上,结合六安市生态环境及城市文化现状,最终确定了"生态名城碧水蓝天,美好六安宜居家园"的建设理念与"一心、二网、三环、五组团"的建设布局,以及生态、文化、产业、支撑四大体系的建设重点和要求,以期为其他创森城市提供借鉴。

Lu＇ an boasts obvious advantages in resources, economic development and location and enjoys solid foun- dation for forestry development, and therefore it has the base to construct a national forest city. The paper reviewed the experiences from other cities and summarized the current conditions of ecological environment and urban culture in Lu＇ an City to finally define the concept of “ecological city, beautiful Lu＇ an”, and propose the construction layout consisting of “one center, twonets, threerings and five groups” It also elaborated the construction focus and re- quirements in terms of 4 systems including forest ecology, forest culture, forest industry and forest support. The study was aimed to provide references and experiences for other cities to create national forest city.
