生态文明城市建设的路径探究——以福建省漳州市为例

The Approach of Constructing Eco-city:Taking Zhangzhou City as an Example

生态文明城市建设是改革开放30多年来要实现的目标之一,是建设美丽中国、实现"中国梦"的具体体现。漳州市拥有丰富的农业资源和生态资源,"十一五"期间,先后获得"国家卫生城市""国家园林城市"称号,2011年9月漳州市第十次党代会提出"田园都市、生态之城"的城市定位,开启了漳州市生态文明城市建设的新篇章。为更好地实现建设具有漳州特色的生态文明城市目标,提出建设"美丽漳州"的五维路径:做好生态城市规划、增强生态责任意识、发展生态经济、丰富生态文化建设、建立和完善生态保障机制。

Building the civilized and ecological city has been one of the main targets during the 30 years of reforming and opening, and it is also the reflection of the construction of beautiful China and realization of ＂China Dream＂. Zhangzhou city is abundant in its agricultural and ecological resources. During the ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂, it was awarded the titles of ＂National Sanitary City＂ and ＂National Garden City＂. In September 2011 the tenth Party Congress put forward the aim of building ＂the countryside metropolis and ecological city＂, which opened up the new page of constructing an ecological Zhangzhou. In order to better achieve the construction of ecological city with Zhangzhou＇s unique characteristics, the five-dimension path of building a ＂ Beautiful Zhangzhou＂ was proposed： planning ecological city, enhancing the ecological consciousness, developing ecological economy, enriching the construction of ecological culture, and establishing and improving the mechanism of ecological security.
