基于地方高水平大学建设的师资队伍国际化探索与实践——以安徽农业大学为例 被引量:7

摘要 师资队伍国际化是世界一流大学的共同特征,是建设高水平大学和培养国际顶尖人才的根本保证。安徽农业大学在师资队伍国际化方面进行了有效的探索与实践:注重高端引领,打造"高层次人才+团队"培养模式;创新语言进修模式,打破师资队伍国际化发展的语言瓶颈;拓宽教师国际化培养途径,大力推进师资队伍国际化发展;创新体制机制建设,为师资队伍国际化发展提供制度保证。但仍存在缺乏有效调控手段、派出不归或者不能按期返校等问题,须通过校院两级管理、搭建大平台、依法治校等方式进一步推进地方高校师资队伍国际化进程。 Internationalization of the faculty is one of the unanimous characteristics of the world first-class universities. It is the fundamental guarantee for the cultivation of international top talents and construction of high-level universities. Anhui Agricultural University has carried out an effective exploration and practice in terms of internationalization of the faculty: focus on the outstanding talents and create the pattern of "outstanding talents plus team" ~ innovate the language learning mode and break the bottleneck of language development of internationalization~ broaden the international ways of teacher training and vigorously promote the internationalization of faculty development~ carry out the construction of system and mechanism innovation and provide the guarantee of regulations for the internationalization of faculty. But there is still a lack of effective means of regulation, the late or no returning after the due day and other issues. Therefore, it is necessary to further the process of internationalization of faculty at local universities through building "university-school" two-level management, a large platform, managing the university according to regulations and other ways.
