摘要
远程教育成本分析框架是对远程教育成本构成项目的归纳与分类,是为远程教育成本分析提供可操作化方案的基础。从远程教育成本分析的研究现状来看,成本分析框架的构建多是从定性的角度进行分析,主观因素偏多,缺乏有效的数据进行支撑。德尔菲法既要用定性分析的方法构建框架内容,又要用定量的方法对构建的框架内容进行筛选,进而可以从定性与定量两个方面保障成本分析框架的准确性和可靠性,填补当前研究的不足。
Distance education cost analysis framework is to classify the constitute parts of distance education, which is the base of providing operational plan for cost analysis of distance education. From the research status quo, many of them are the analysis from the qualitative perspective, which have more subjective factors and lack data support. Delphi used the qualitative method to establish the framework and used quantitative method to screen the content of framework. It can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the framework from the two sides of qualitative and quantitative methods, which fills the shortage of the current research.
