摘要
首先阐述了进行独立学院图书馆读者满意度评价的必要性,然后应用模糊数学的原理与方法,建立了多层次读者满意度模糊综合评价模型,最后通过河北省某独立学院图书馆读者满意度的测评实例来说明该方法的有效性和实用性.
The paper first elaborates the necessity of evaluation of library readers＆#39; satisfaction of the independent college. Then,by using the principles and methods of fuzzy mathematics,the paper establishes a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive assessment model for reader satisfaction. Finally,an example of reader satisfaction evaluation of an independent college library of Hebei Province is given,and the validity and practicability of the evaluation methods are explained.
