摘要
主要研究邮政业务积分系统的设计与实现,针对现行邮政业务范围广、工作人员众多、工种繁多,有效解决业务主管和人力资源部门的考核业务繁重、滞后、准确度较低等问题.本系统设计严格遵守软件工程的原理,采用ASP.NET+SQL,Server,三层架构、B/S结构模式开发.系统上线有效解决业务主管和人力资源部的业务考核、业务发展决策及奖金核算等问题.
In the light of a wide scope of business,heavy staff,and a large variety of types of work,this paper presents methods for the design and implementation of the integral management system. The de-signed system,based on the principles of software engineering,employs the development modes of ASP. NET+SQL Server,three layer architecture and B/S,to effectively solve the problems of business assessment,business decision and bonus calculation of on-line business executives and HR department.
