生源减少背景下江苏高等职业教育的发展问题及对策研究

The Development Problems of Jiangsu Higher Vocational Education and Countermeasures in the Context of Students Reduction

高等职业教育作为江苏高等教育的重要组成部分,对江苏高等教育及经济、社会的健康发展具有举足轻重的影响和作用。但随着生源数量的不断减少,江苏高等教育在发展过程中面临着前所未有的巨大挑战和困难。各高等职业院校必须从自身实际情况出发,结合当地及全国生源的变化情况,多管齐下,全面加强自身的内涵建设,促进自身教育教学质量的提升和不断改善。

As an important part of higher education ,higher vocational education plays a key role in the healthy de-velopment of higher Education , economy and society in Jiangsu .But with the declining of students in China and Jiangsu Province ,it is facing unprecedented challenges and difficulties in the process of development .Vocational colleges must combine their own actual situation with the changes in local and national student resources ,strengthen their inner construction in an all -around way by multi approach ,so as to improve the quality of their teaching and education .
