摘要
电子技术是近些年来中职学校发展的重点方向之一,制定该专业教师能力标准和开发的逻辑思路显得尤为重要。通过对教师能力标准开发进行理论分析认为,该专业的能力结构应当是以提高学生普适性能力和学科能力为基础、职业能力为核心的能力体系。结合国外IBSTPI教师能力标准开发模式,构建了电子技术类专业的教师教学能力标准框架。
The electronic technology is one of key development directions of vocational schools in recent years .So, the development of professional teacher competency standards and its logical thinking is very important .By a theo-retical analysis of teacher competency standards , the author believes that the competence structure of this major should be a competence system based on the improvement of universal and academic competence of students and taking vocational competence as its core .The paper combines with the development mode of abroad IBSTPI teacher competency standards ,constructs the framework of teaching competency standards for Electronic Technology majors .
