应用型本科财务管理专业实践教学存在的问题及对策研究

On the Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Practical Teaching of Applied Undergraduate Financial Management

基于实践教学对于培养应用型本科财务管理专业人才的重要性,剖析了应用型本科高校财务管理专业实践教学存在的问题,如思想上不重视、实验条件比较差、实践教学课程建设滞后、实践教学内容不合理、实验教师缺乏、实践教学考核方法不合理等。在此基础上提出了加强实践教学的建议:思想上高度重视,改善校内外实习条件,加大实训项目开发力度,加强实践课程建设、构建科学合理的课程体系。

In view of the importance of practical teaching in the talents cultivation of applied undergraduate financial management,this article analyzes the existing problems in the practical teaching of financial management major in applied universities ,such as less attention paid ,poor experimental conditions ,lagging construction of practical cour-ses,unreasonable practical teaching content ,lack of experimental teachers ,unreasonable evaluation methods of prac-tical teaching and so on .On the basis of the above ,this paper puts forward to some measures to strengthen practice teaching as follows：paying high attention ,improving the internship conditions on and off campus ,enhancing the de-velopment of internship programs , strengthening the construction of practical courses , and constructing a scientific and reasonable curriculum system .
