摘要 起燃时间和工作温度是影响氧传感器性能的两个主要因素。针对一种电喷摩托车用非加热型氧传感器,研究了排气管上的不同安装位置对起燃时间和工作温度的影响规律;设计了一种散热片,并通过试验证明其在相同条件下对降低氧传感器各部件工作温度有明显的效果,实现了在保证正常起燃时间的前提下,防止氧传感器过热损坏的目的。 The light-off time and working temperature are two main factors which affect performance of oxygen sensor. Influence of different setting position on exhaust pipe on above two main factors of a kind of unheated oxygen sensors for motorcycles with EFI system is respectively researched;a kind of cooling fin is designed and proved to be obviously effective on reducing working temperature of different parts of oxygen sensor by experiment, it is achieved that preventing oxygen sensor from overheating damage while ensuring normal light-off time.
