基于嵌套膜算法的大规模配电网故障定位

Fault localization of large scale distribution networks based on nested membrane algorithm

配电网故障定位是基于传感器上传过电流信息后的一个高维二进制最优解问题。针对配电网规模增大随之解的维数增加,算法寻优能力不够,以及传感器上传等信息丢失和畸变对算法寻优干扰很大导致故障定位失败的问题,提出了一种膜系统算法,即采用嵌套结构,对大规模配电网分支进行划分,把分支看作一个膜结构进行嵌套膜寻优处理,从而将大规模配电网故障定位这一高维寻优问题转变为多个低维寻优问题,减少了算法陷入局部最优的可能性;为了在寻优策略上平衡勘探和开采之间的矛盾,引入混沌策略改进捕鱼算子,使得其在陷入局部最优时,增加其跳出局部的能力。仿真结果表明:所提方法能准确进行单点或多点故障定位,较遗传算法和仿电磁学算法在收敛速度和准确性上有明显的优势,尤其适用于大规模配电网故障定位;采用实际数据进行故障重现,并用所提算法进行故障定位,结果表明:所提算法能准确进行故障定位,对传感器畸变数据进行容错处理,具有实际意义。

The method to locate distribution networks fault is an optimizing problem with high-dimensional binary in essence based on information from sensor. In order to deal with possible that increasing of the number dimensions of the solution when distribution networks become large,and information loss such as sensor uploading and distortion of information inteference with algorithm optimizing causing failure of fault localization,present a new membrane system algorithm,which uses a nested structure that regards the bunch as a membrane structure to change number dimensions of the solution; besides,in order to balance contradiction between exploration and mining in optimization strategy,introduce chaotic strategy to improve fishing operators,so that chaotic fishing strategy can jump out the local optimum. Simulation results show that the proposed method can cary out singlepoint or multiple-point fault localization accurately,contrasting with genetic algorithm（ GA） and ELM algorithm,it has obvious advantages in convergence rate and accuracy,particularly suitable for large-scale distribution network,fault localization using real data for fault recurrence and the proposed algorithm for fault localization. Results show that the proposed algorithm can locate fault accurately,and carry out fault-tolerant processing on distortion data,which has practical meaning.
