摘要 为克服现有航空发动机尾气监测系统性能欠稳定和成本较高的问题,设计了基于电容层析成像(ECT)技术的航空发动机气路状态实时监测系统,实现了集传感器设计、数据采集及图像处理功能的一体化。系统主要包含多电极电容传感器模块、数据采集系统模块和计算机成像模块三大模块。概述了各个模块的设计思路,并详细论述了核心模块即采集系统模块的设计方法与控制流程。仿真实验表明:该系统具有性能稳定、非侵入性和实时性好等特点。 In order to overcome disadvantage of unstable performance and high cost in the system of the existing aircraft engine off gas monitoring system. The ECT-based aero-engine off gas acquisition system is designed which realize collection of senor design, data acquisition and image processing in the integration of the functional system design. The system includes three modules: multi-electrode capacitive sensor module, data acquisition system module and computer imaging module. Summarize design thought of each module, and discuss design method and control process of acquisition system module which is the core module in detail. Simulation experiment shows that this system has features of stable performance, non-invasive and good real-time.
