摘要
设计了一种新型的三轴振动传感器,整机尺寸为27 mm×27 mm×21 mm,体积小巧,质量轻,刚性好,便于安装使用。电路板的结构设计采用刚挠结合印制板的设计理念,将四块刚性印制板和三块挠性板进行一体化设计,实现了接口的高可靠性连接,并极大地节省了传感器的内部空间,便于传感器微型化。刚性印制板采用四层板设计,挠性板采用双层板设计,实现了小电路板上含有多种信号通道的目的。三块带有敏感芯体的刚性印制板通过丙烯酸酯粘接在壳体相互正交的三个内面上,可以实现一个测点三个方向振动信号的测量。通过试验验证和性能指标测试,应用这种结构设计出的三轴振动传感器频响特性可以达到5 kHz。
A new type of triaxial vibration sensor is designed,which has a small overall size of only 27 mm ×27 mm × 21 mm,light weight,good rigidity,and it can be easily installed and used. The idea of flexible-rigid PCB is introduced into the structure design of circuit board,integrating four rigid boards with three flexible boards realize high reliable connection of interface and infinitely saves the inner space and easy to realize miniature of the sensor. The design of four layered rigid boards and double layered flexible board implements that small circuit board can include multi signal channel. Three rigid boards with sensitive chip are agglutinated to the three orthogonal inner surface of the shell structure using acrylic adhesive,which can realize measurement of three directions vibration signal by one measuring point. Through test verification of characteristic index test,frequency response of triaxial vibration sensor applying the new structure design can be reach 5 k Hz.
