摘要
以一台Isuzu 4HF1的直喷柴油机为试验机,采用生物柴油和甲醇组合燃烧方式进行排放性能的试验研究。研究表明,发动机在不同负荷下,甲醇的喷射比例从0至60%的组合燃烧模式与纯生物柴油燃烧模式相比,组合燃烧模式中CO2的排放减少,最高降幅达到10%;并且NOx的排放量下降了9.1%-29.6%;微粒质量浓度降幅最大为65.7%,均优于纯生物柴油模式。而CO和HC的排放含量明显提高,提高幅度达到6倍,但经过排气管安装催化转换处理器之后,含量可低于纯生物柴油模式。
In the experimental study on emissions performance,a direct injection diesel engine Isuzu 4HF1 is used as the testing machine and Methanol injection ratio from 0 to 60% of the combustion mode combination and methanol is adopted. The results show that the emission of CO2 in the compound combustion is reduced compared with pure biodiesel under different engine loads. And the maximum decreasing range of CO2 can reach 10% and NOx emissions decreases by 9. 1%- 29. 6%; the maximum particle concentration by 65. 7%. In addition,the emission of NOxand particle mass concentration is better than the pure biodiesel mode,while the emission of CO and HC increased by 6 times,which can be reduced lower than that of pure biodiesel mode after catalytic conversion process.
