浅谈高校图书馆青年馆员的职业发展

Discussion on the Career Development of Young University Librarians

高校图书馆承担着保存与整理人类文化成果和服务高校教学与科研的责任,是社会公共文化体系的重要组成部分,是精神文明建设与建设和谐社会的一支重要力量,图书馆的青年馆员则是这支力量中最具活力与创造力的成分,他们文化水平普遍较高,对新事物较为敏感,随时关注社会新动态,可塑性强。本文从青年馆员对高校图书馆的意义、应具备的素质、制约青年馆员职业发展的因素及其应对举措四个方面对青年馆员的职业发展进行了探讨。

University library has a responsibility to store and sort out our cultural heritage. It is an important part of social public cultural system and an important force in the construction of a harmonious society. The young librarians are dynamic and creative. They are generally well educated and sensitive to new things. And they pay close attention to social new dynamic at any time. This paper discusses the young librarians ’ career development by giving the importance of young librarians in the university library,the quality they should develop and the factors which restrict the career development of the young librarians and its solution.
