综掘工作面表面活性剂的降尘工艺与应用

摘要 为了降低煤矿开采过程中产生的粉尘浓度,针对烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)、SAS、BS-12和FC-4四种表面活性剂溶液,利用JK99C型全自动表面张力仪,测定在6中浓度下表面活性剂的表面张力,确定质量浓度0.05%为其CMC。对6种单体两两复配后的溶液试验,优选出降尘配方是质量浓度为0.05%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和SAS混合复配溶液。将此配方应用于山西焦煤霍州煤电集团汾河公司三交河煤矿2-5082巷综掘工作面中,各个工序全部测尘点的平均全尘和平均呼尘降尘率分别提高了25%左右,全尘及呼尘降尘率达到90%左右。 In order to reduce the concentration of dust produced in the process of coal mining, for OP-10, SaS, BS-12 and FC-4 four kinds of surfactant solution, using JK99C-automatic surface tension instrument to determinate the surface tension under 6 concentration surfactant, determining the mass concentration of 0.05%for the CMC. author makes experiment with 6 kinds of monomers mixed solution, ifnding the optimal formulations that are suitable for dust concentration was 0.05%OP-10 and SaS mixed combination solution. apply this formula to Shanxi coking coal in Huozhou coal electricity group company of fenhe River in Sanjiaohe 2-5082 in full-mechanized excavation coal mine, average total dust and dust dust reduction rates increased on average by about 25%in all measuring point with each process, all dust and the dust for dust suppression rate of 90%per cent.
