摘要
针对会宝岭铁矿球磨机采用人工加球,加球量不准确、不能适时加球和补球,造成球磨机轴功率不稳定,磨矿效率不高等问题,采用理论分析和现场试验等方法和手段对加球过程中遇到的难题和关键技术进行了系统的分析研究,确定了会宝岭铁矿球磨机钢球添加自动化控制系统的初步方案,并进行了实施。
In view of ball mill by artiifcial adding steel ball in HuiBaoling Iron Mine, ball adding quantity is not accurate,can not adding ball timely,leading to shaft power of ball mill unstably, ore grinding is less efifcient and so on. On the problems and key technology during the process of adding balls was systematically studied by theoretical analysis and ifeld test method and means. To determine a preliminary scheme of HuiBaoling iron steel ball adding automation control system, and has carried on the implementation.
