摘要
沥青胶结料主要是由不同组分所形成的复杂胶体结构,所以组分以及胶体结构的变化很大程度上影响着沥青胶结料的粘度。通过对橡胶沥青、温拌橡胶沥青(Sasobit掺量:2%,3%,4%)的组分含量以及热效应进行试验分析,研究不同Sasobit温拌剂对橡胶沥青的降粘机理的影响。结果表明:胶粉加入基质沥青后改变了沥青的胶体结构,形成橡胶沥青混溶体系,这使得沥青中轻质组分减少,分子量较大的组分增多,从而导致橡胶沥青的粘度增大;Sasobit加入橡胶沥青之后,它使得橡胶沥青化学组分中的饱和分含量增加,沥青质含量减少;随着Sasobit含量的增加,橡胶沥青胶结料向溶胶型状态改变的越明显,橡胶沥青胶结料的流动性能得到大大的改善,高温粘度也大大降低。
Asphalt cement is mainly composed of the complex colloidal structure of different components. Therefore,the viscosity of asphalt cement is influenced by the change of composition and colloid structure. Chemical composition test and DSC test were conducted on both the crumb rubber asphalt and WAM crumb rubber asphalt. The results indicated that adding the powder into asphalt changes the colloid structure,developing into rubber asphalt immiscible system. And light component in crumb rubber asphalt decreases,and large molecular component increases,which makes viscosity of it largen. When Sasobit was added into the crumb rubber asphalt,the contnet of saturated component increase,and asphaltene decreases. Along with th increase of content of Sasobit,the liquidity of rubber asphalt greatly improved,and viscosity in high temperature significantly reduced
