谈我国社区音乐教育机制

Community Music Education Mechanism in China

分析了社区音乐教育的特点,认为社区教育的中音乐教育(艺术教育)是社区文化的一个重要组成部分,是为满足社区广大人民群众的音乐艺术需求,由社区民众参与的面向民众的大众教育。提出社区音乐教育是学校与校外、正式与非正式、普通和专业教育的统一体,是与现代社会生活融为一体的终身教育。

The community music education is analyzed. It considers that, community music education （art education） is an important part of community culture, it is also a kind of mass education, namely to meet the community music education needs, participated by the broad masses of people in the community and face the general public. It should be the unity of the school education and out-of- school education, formal education and informal education, general education and professional education and that kind of education combines with the modern social life.
