摘要
盘式制动器制动过程中会产生瞬态交变温度场。运用ANSYS 14.0软件的热力直接耦合功能对FSAE赛车不同车速一次紧急制动工况进行分析,它能够较为真实的反映制动过程中温度场与应力场的相互耦合作用。通过仿真分析得到制动盘和摩擦片在不同时刻温度场分布以及其上不同节点温度的时间历程曲线。
The alternating transient temperature field will be caused during the braking of disc brake.The emergency braking condition under different speed of an FASE racing car is analyzed by using direct thermo-elastic coupling function of the ANSYS 14.0,the coupling effect between temperature field and stress field can be more actually reflected.Through the simulation analysis,the temperature distribution of brake disc and friction plate at different moments and the time course curve of the temperature on different nodes are gained.
