统筹城乡教育发展下教师流动现状的调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 城乡教师流动对于基础教育均衡发展具有重要意义。对重庆和成都两地教师城乡流动的问卷调查结果表明:大部分教师能正确认识城乡教师流动的意义。然而,由于相关制度缺失,教师对于参与城乡教师流动存在顾虑。进一步研究表明,不同区域、不同性别、不同学校和不同职称的教师群体在参与城乡教师流动的意愿上存在显著差异。城乡教师的合理、有序流动,既需要从正式制度层面确立统筹城乡教育发展的价值取向,关注教师专业发展,加强保障制度建设,又需要从非正式制度层面不断提升教师的责任意识。
