摘要
针对高职学生的业务技能素质现况,分析目前高职学生的特点及其业务技能素质养成方法的研究意义;通过课程教育网络游戏化、技能基地训练和业务技能管理文化建设等途径,可以较好地解决高职学生业务技能素质养成的感知、熟知和精准问题。
Aiming to the present situation of higher vocational student professional skill quality, it analyzes the research meaning of current higher vocational student features and its professional skill cultivation method. By the curriculum education cyber gamification, skill base training and professional skill manage-ment culture construction, it can work out the problems of higher vocational student profession skill quality cultivation.
