外科手术治疗房室结囊性肿瘤合并完全性房室传导阻滞一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性,41岁.因“头昏、心悸伴黑曚半个月”,于2012年12月31日入院.入院查体：体温36.6 ℃,脉搏40次/min,血压102/60 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）;双肺呼吸音清,未闻及干湿性啰音;心脏浊音界未扩大,心率40次/min,律齐,可闻及大炮音,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音,无心包摩擦音.肿瘤标志物CA199：164.20 U/ml（正常值0 ～35.00 U/ml）;血常规、电解质、血沉、超敏C反应蛋白、心肌坏死标志物、D-二聚体、血培养、肝肾功能均正常.
