摘要
为考察烤烟烟叶中主要元素对其燃烧特性的影响,对全国17个区域、7个品种、上中下三个部位的37个烤烟样品进行元素分析和燃烧热测试,利用R统计方法对烤烟总燃烧热(THR)及其主要元素含量(C、H、O、N、K、S和Cl)进行了描述,并研究了两者间的相关性。结果表明:1烤烟烟叶总燃烧热主要由三个部分组成,按照产生顺序依次为易挥发小分子挥发热解产物燃烧热、难挥发大分子热解产物燃烧热以及焦炭热解产物燃烧热;2烤烟七种元素中C和O含量最高,然后依次为H、N、K、S和Cl。其中,不同烤烟烟叶中Cl含量差异较大,C、H和O含量则差异较低;3烤烟THR与C、H和N含量呈极显著正相关,与S呈显著正相关,与O、K、Cl、K/Cl无显著相关性。
In order to evaluate effect of major elements in flue-cured tobacco on combustion properties, correlation analysis between total combustion heat (THR) and content of major elements (carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, potassium, sulfur and chlorine) in seven tobacco varieties of three different stalk positions from 17 growing areas in China was carried out using R statistical approach. It was found that: (1) Combustion heat release of flue-cured tobacco had three sequential stages, namely combustion of volatile small molecules and their degraded products, combustion of decomposed products from nonvolatile polymers and combustion of products from char-oxidation; (2) Elements in flue-cured tobacco were arranged according to their content in the order of C 〉 O〉〉H 〉 N 〉 K 〉 S 〉 Cl, and there were significant differences in Cl content of various flue-cured tobacco samples, while less differences in content of C, H and O; (3) There was highly significant positive correlation between THR and C, H and N, and a significant positive correlation between THR and S, and no correlation between THR and O, K, Cl and K/Cl, /.
