摘要
综述了组织特异启动子的结构、表达调控模式以及生物学功能,重点阐述茄科作物特有启动子的应用和研究进展。对下一步利用启动子改良茄科作物前景进行了展望。
Progress in structure, regulation mode and biological function of tissue-specific promoters inSolanaceaecrops are highlighted. Prospect ofSolanaceaecrop improvement by promoter utilization was reviewed through introducing structure features of tissue-specific promoters. Their application and research progress in plant genetic engineering was discussed.
