摘要
针对某些矿用自卸车开合机构挂钩处销轴时有断裂的情况,以直径为18mm、材料为45#钢的销轴为研究对象,对开合机构销轴相关件进行了受力分析,提出了采用40Cr材料解决销轴断裂问题的改进方案,经市场验证没有发生过断裂情况,为今后类似问题的解决提供了参考。
Regarding to the crack of open-close mechanism pin shaft in some mining dumpers, basing on the study of 18 mm, 45# steel pin shaft, the pressure analysis was carried on and the improvement solution that using 40Cr material solving the crack problem was put forward, providing reference for the upcoming problems related to the same case.
