改性纳米SiO_2/WPUA复合材料在合成革上的应用 被引量:5

摘要 采用超声波分散法将光敏性可聚合改性纳米SiO_2共混于光固化水性聚氨酯(WPUA)中,制备改性纳米SiO_2/WPUA光固化复合材料;以其作为成膜剂,用干法移膜法制备超细纤维合成革。通过对超细纤维合成革的卫生性能、耐用性能等指标的测定,考察了复合材料的应用性能。结果表明:加入改性纳米SiO_2对涂层表面平整度无影响,当改性纳米SiO_2的加入量为5%时,超细纤维合成革的透水汽性提高了142.1%,添加量为7%时,超细纤维合成革的透气性提高了184.1%,其耐磨性和耐折性也有明显改善。 The modified nano SiO2/WPUA UV-curing composite was prepared by using ultrasonic dispersion method to blend photosensitive polymerizable modified nano-SiO2 with UV-curing waterborne polyurethane(WPUA).Then the microfiber synthetic leather was prepared by the dry transfer membrane with composite as film-forming agent.The application performances of composite were investigated by measuring health performance,durability and other indexes of microfiber synthetic leather.The results show that there is no effect on surface roughness of coating after adding modified nano-SiO2.When the addition of modified nano-SiO2 is 5%,the water vapor permeability of microfiber synthetic leather is increased by 142.1%.When the addition is7%,the breathability of microfiber synthetic leather shows a 184.1%improvement,and its abrasion resistance and folding endurance are also significantly improved.
