伐昔洛韦联合UVA、UVB治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察及护理配合

The effect of valacyclovir plus UVA and UVB for treatment of herpes zoster and its nursing measures

目的:探讨伐昔洛韦联合紫外线治疗带状疱疹的疗效,并总结护理措施。方法:回顾性分析笔者医院2013年8月-2014年9月门诊接诊的128例带状疱疹患者的临床资料。对照组:64例,采用伐昔洛韦治疗;观察组:64例,采用伐昔洛韦片联合紫外线照射治疗。两组患者均辅以相应的护理措施,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为90.63%,明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的止疱时间、结痂时间、止痛时间及痊愈时间等指标分别为(1.9±0.8)d、(3.2±1.4)d、(4.9±1.1)d、(8.3±2.2)d,均明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伐昔洛韦口服联合紫外线治疗对带状疱疹具有显著疗效,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,促进患者的早期恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of valacyclovir plus UVA and UVB for treatment of herpes zoster and its nursing measures,and to sum up the nursing measures. Methods 128 patients with herpes zoster were included in the study,of which the control group of 64 patients was treated with valacyclovir,while the observation group of 64 patients was treated with valaciclovir tablets combined with ultraviolet radiation therapy.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.63%,significantly higher than that of control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between groups （P〈0.05）,stop blistering time, crusting time, pain and time recovery time and other indicators in observation group of patients were （1.9 ± 0.8）d,（3.2 ± 1.4）d,（4.9 ± 1.1）d,（8.3 ± 2.2）d were significantly better than those of control group,and the difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion Oral valacyclovir combined with ultraviolet treatment of herpes zoster has a very significant effect,can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,promote early recovery of the patient, worthy of clinical application.
