3种不同口腔修复材料用于恒磨牙邻面龋填充的临床疗效验证

Clinical verification of three filling materials on the interproximal caries of permanent molars

目的:比较3种不同口腔修复材料(玻璃离子水门汀、银汞合金、光固化复合树脂)充填恒磨牙邻面龋的临床疗效。方法:选择恒磨牙邻面龋患者90例,平均分为A组、B组和C组,分别采用玻璃离子水门汀、银汞合金、光固化复合树脂进行填充,比较3组疗效。结果:1三组治疗成功率由高到低依次为C组、B组、A组,分别为94.59%、92.10%、89.47%;23年复诊结果显示,三组治疗成功率由高到低依次为B组、C组、A组,疗效比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结合近远期疗效,银汞合金是治疗恒磨牙邻面龋的最佳填充材料,能有效提高治疗成功率。

Objective To study the clinical effects of three filling materials （radiopaque glass Ionomer luting cement,silver amalgam,light-cured composite filling materials） on the interproximal caries of permanent molars. Methods 90 cases of interproximal caries of permanent molars were selectd and randomly diveded into three groups,named as group A,group B and group C,were filled with radiopaque glass Ionomer luting cement,silver amalgam,light- cured composite filling materials respectively,the clinical effects were compared. Results ①The success rate of treatment in the three groups from high to low was group B, group C and group A, were 94.59%,92.10%,89.47%;②3 years follow-up showed that the success rate of treatment in the three groups from high to low as group B, group C and group A,the difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In view of the recent and long-term efficacy, silver amalgam is the best filling materials to treat interproximal caries of permanent molars, it can effectively improve the therapeutic success rate.
