热凝树脂在鼻咽癌放疗患者口内金属冠拆除后过渡性修复中的应用

Clinical research of hot-curing acrylic resin in interim restoration of radiotherapy patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的:探讨鼻咽癌放疗患者拆冠后,采用热凝树脂进行过渡性修复的临床效果。方法:选择35例鼻咽癌患者共129个单位修复体,采用热凝树脂进行过渡性修复,对修复体戴牙完成时、戴牙后3个月的修复成功率进行临床评价,同时让患者对修复体的舒适度、咀嚼功能、美观方面进行主观满意度评价,并进行统计学分析。结果:过渡性修复体戴牙完成时和戴牙后3个月的临床修复成功率、主观满意率均较高,这两个阶段的成功率差异和满意率差异比较,均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用热凝树脂临时冠材料进行鼻咽癌放疗患者拆冠后过渡性修复的临床修复效果良好,可推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of hot-curing acrylic resin in interim restoration of radiotherapy patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after the demolition of fixed crown. Methods A total of 129 hot-curing acrylic resin temporary crowns in 35 patients were included in the stud.The clinical restoration successful rates were evaluated when restoration was completed and on the 3rd month after the restoration.And the patients appraised three subjective items about comfort degree, mastication,elegance about the fix of hot-curing acrylic resin temporary crowns in these two stages. Finally,analyses the statistic data. Results The success rates of clinical restoration and subjective satisfactions of patients were both high not only in the stage of when restoration was completed but also in the stage on the 3rd month after the temporary restoration with hot-curing resin.There were no statistical significance in the in two stages（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Hot-curing acrylic resin used in the interim restoration of radiotherapy patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is reliable and effective,which can be widely applied.
